25 Tuna fish 200 gr. - 10 black olive (better if comes from gaeta!) - 15 capers - 1 anchovy - 2 cloves of garlic - chilly pepper (If u like strong taste!) - parsley - oil. |
A really simple dish... I could do it myself!! You must prepare all the ingredients on a saucer to have them ready to use (I suppose you know you must first wash the parsley, clean the garlic and so on!). Put a pot on the fire with a littlebit of oil, the garlic and the chilly pepper. When the garlic become blond, add the tuna fish, the anchovy, the olives and the capers. After about 5 minutes turn off the fire and add a part of the parsley; leftover will be used fresh when you'll serve the dishes. Don't remain you to choose the kind of *pasta, we have used spaghetti... you must follow your taste... good appetite! *I recommend you to follow the cooking indications of the pasta producer. |
