Mashed potatoes
Potatoes 800gr. - butter 80gr. - salt - 250 ml. of milk. |

In alternative to the usual dish, add a pinch of nutmeg and parmesan cheese. |
Wash the potatoes under the water, skin and then boil them into a pot with abundant water and some salt. Drain and crush the potatoes (in alternative you can use a fork). |



Put again the potatoes in the pot, and add the butter; mix all with a wood ladle.
