10 500 grams of smoked olives - the peel of two oranges - 3 cloves of garlic - oil of olive - salt and pepper. |
Wash the olives in warm water. Drain and season them with the garlic (cut in little piece), the oil, some salt and pepper. Add the peel of the oranges (cut to little piece - remembered to wash well!). Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving. |
