750 grs. of biscuits (type Gold Saiwa) - 300 grs. of butter - 8 spoons of cocoa - two glasses of vanilla sugar - vanilla - 5 eggs - half glass of Cognac.

Easy to prepare, this simple dessert is a true temptation... a piece isn't enough!
The cake container was too much small; get a very capacious one and proceed in this way:
put inside all the listed ingredients (except the biscuits) and amalgamate with care (if you have use a mixer). When you'll get a dense and compact cream, begins to chop inside all the biscuits. Prepare apart a plastic film that will go to contain your choccolate cake (use products for preserving food). The following phase is the most exciting, dip your hands and amalgamate everything... don't lick your fingers!! Make some dollops of choccolate + biscuit on the open plastic containers, and you proceed as in the photos under; don't be afraid to use a minimum of strength to compact the cake. Put it into the freezer for almost four hours.
You can preserve it for a month.
