6 portion of cuted meat (150 grams each one) - salt - pepper - parsley - 4 cloves of garlic - pecorino cheese - half glass of red wine - 1 kg. bottled tomatoes - oil - toothpick (you don't need to eat them!!!)

The only difficulty of this recipe resides in the fact that it takes you much time to prepare , but you can use the sauce with pasta... two recipes in one! Let's go...
To facilitate stuffing, prepare the meat on a plain surface. Add salt, pepper and insert half clove of garlic on every piece, parsley (a pair of locks) and a little piece of pecorino cheese. Bundle and block the meat with a toothpick.
Start browning them in a pot with olive oil. When you'll see that the meat is well cooked, add half glass of red wine, let it evaporate and pour the tomatoes, a clove of garlic and a lock of parsley. Let it cook for one hour and half!
Pay attention to the toothpicks!!
