Etruscian fettuccine

Three artichokes - 300 grams mushrooms - 10 pit black olives - parsley - two cloves of garlic - 150 mls. (8 spoons around) of oil extra virgin of olive - salt - pepper - parmesan cheese - pecorino
Convert european unity of measure

Wither the garlic (cut in small pieces) in a saucepan with oil, and add artichokes (clean and minced).
Cut mushrooms, olives, parsley and add some salt and pepper; add this mixture to the artichokes, and let it cook for at least an hour (slow fire - covered saucepan).
Note: Your sauce doesn't have to be too much dry, add some water if necessary.
Cook *fettuccine and season with the mixture of the saucepan.
Serve with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley just minced.

*Fettuccine is a traditional kind of pasta as in figure. You can replace it with your preferred one!
